We use a variety of ingredients in our handmade and handcrafted products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. This would be similar to a warning that says "This product has been processed in a facility that also processes ______". Please contact us if you have more questions.
We do our best to accommodate all customers. However, there comes a point where there is not a formulation that will be suitable for all customers. We have made adjustments only to be confronted with an allergy for a new customer. Please understand we do our best but unfortunately, our products may not be suitable for all people.
