Why no returns, exchanges or cancellations?
My products are digital and sent to your  email right after payment. There is no way to return, exchange or cancel a digital item. Thanks for your understanding.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms of Use and Conditions/Store Policies:

By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. 


HEAT NOTICE!  With hot and extreme temperatures across the US, please note that your package may be exposed to temperatures that are not ideal for the products enclosed. Wax melts may melt and soaps may sweat, etc.. Please bring your package in from the heat right away and allow to come to a comfortable room temperature. Please be considerate of this situation. The heat in transit is beyond our control. We ask that you refrain from ordering if this will be an issue for you.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Typical order processing time is 1-3 business days during normal operations. However, a release means that we receive a large amount of orders in a very short amount of time. During a release, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to ship. We will always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible. 


MULTIPLE ORDERS: We do combine multiple orders and will refund excess charges. We will make sure our shipping charges and processing fees (typically up to 5%) are covered prior to refunding. Please leave us a note that you have multiple orders pending so we know to combine.


ORDER CANCELLATION: An order may be canceled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer. All canceled orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee that will not be refunded. 


SHIPPING & HANDLING: We do charge a small handling fee with each order. This helps to pay for all the packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. Additionally, we do pass on all commercial shipping rates. As we are a small business, we cannot provide Amazon-style shipping prices and time frames. We do our best to figure shipping costs appropriately. We will refund excess shipping charges at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding.


CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION: We may need to contact you about your order. If the proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance.


US CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION: Currently, our shipping costs are determined by the cost of the order. This helps us to determine shipping by way of flat rate boxes which we are most accustomed. Orders weighing 15.9 oz or less will be mailed First Class only unless the items are too bulky OR other arrangements have been made. 


MISSING PACKAGES: During COVID, we are waiving the signature confirmation. Be aware of your location. If you would like signature confirmation to be added to your order, please contact us immediately so that we can add this to your order. Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the USPS but is missing to you. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of W&J Artisans or the USPS to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via the USPS, please contact your local USPS office as they are best equipped to locate your package. 

Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The provided information is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation financially. Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into the business is also very valuable. We will do anything in our power to resolve any and all situations and work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve any situations that may arise.


DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact the USPS and W&J Artisans immediately. We will file a claim on your behalf but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim.


FPO/APO: We are happy to ship packages to our service members and their families overseas.


CANADIAN ORDERS - These orders fall in between US and International. We are still accepting Canadian Orders. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. Transit times may be extended. We do not ship Room & Linen Sprays to Canada and if ordered, they will be refunded. Bath bombs may not handle the jostling well from the longer journey. Please be aware that bath bombs may arrive broken. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED - EXCLUDES CANADA

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING IS OPEN FOR BAR SOAP ONLY.  If an International order is placed that contains products other than bar soap, the customer will be contacted and the additional items will be canceled. Please note that Canadians are not limited to bar soap only. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION: By purchasing, you agree that W&J Artisans is not responsible for the package once it arrives at US Customs. In the case of inconsistent tracking, W&J Artisans is not responsible for the package once it has been accepted by the United States Post Office. International packages have extended transit times and holds. Transit times can extend to 4 weeks or more. This can be damaging to the products inside the package. Products may sweat or melt. Scents will mingle. Humidity inside the package may cause damage to the packaging inside. 

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES, TAXES, AND FEES.  Customers may be required to pay additional monies to accept the package in the destination country. If your package arrives but you do not have possession of your package, W&J Artisans is not responsible to issue a refund for the package. The customer agrees to pay all additional monies and will take possession of the package within the necessary time frame.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES: It is difficult to accurately quote shipping prices. We ship flat rate but are limited by weight on International packages. Our products are heavy and bulky. This means that International shipping will be higher than domestic shipping. We will always refund excess shipping charges once our shipping and handling fees are covered.

Your package will ship USPS Priority International unless arrangements are made otherwise. This service is very reliable but not without risk. These packages can have inconsistent tracking. If a package is damaged or goes missing, we are unlikely to be reimbursed by the USPS. For this reason, we reiterate that W&J Artisans is not responsible for the package once it arrives at US Customs.

PRODUCT REFUNDS: Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, or design. Please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently per person. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. As our products are handmade, the design will vary slightly.

PRODUCT RETURNS: We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.
